6 ounces Coca-Cola

2 ounces fresh orange juice

Tonic water, as needed

A-Game (Maui Mary)

2 1⁄2 ounces Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum

1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1 squeeze of fresh lime juice

5 ounces tomato juice

1 dash of Tabasco hot sauce

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

Garnish: Celery stalk, lime and green olive
