Sammy Hagar Brings His Iconic “Birthday Bash” to Vegas

Get ready, Redheads—Sammy’s legendary Cabo-born Birthday Bash is crashing into Las Vegas for the first time ever!  Before Friday’s show Friday, Oct. 4, Sammy is inviting fans to a special ceremony at Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops on the Strip where he’ll be presented with a Key to the Las Vegas Strip. On Saturday, Oct. 5, Sammy’s Island will host “Sammy’s Birthday Splash,” a poolside birthday party celebration for Sammy at Palms Casino Resort.  

Key to the Las Vegas Strip + 15-Year Anniversary of Cabo Wabo Cantina

Clark County is honoring Sammy with a Key to the Las Vegas Strip Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. The presentation also celebrates Cabo Wabo Cantina’s 15-year anniversary in Las Vegas. Sammy’s iconic Strip-side joint will play host as he’s recognized for his massive contributions to Vegas—both in business and in giving back. Clark County Commissioner James Gibson will present the Key, highlighting Sammy’s unstoppable impact on Vegas.

Sammy’s Birthday Splash at Palms Casino

The party goes full throttle on Saturday, Oct. 5, with Sammy’s Birthday Splash at Sammy’s Island at Palms Pool. Redheads will be soaking up the sun with fans in a no-holds-barred poolside bash. Sammy, joined by his rock ‘n’ roll crew—including fellow legend Rick Springfield—will be presented with a birthday cake, plus live jams from Sammy Hagar tribute band, Three Lock Box, will keep the party rocking. Poolside vibes will be electric with non-stop rock hits from DJ Rick Gee and the Dancing DJs, plus mouthwatering food and refreshing cocktails, including Sammy’s Birthday Shots priced at $5.  

Cocktails by Santo Tequila and Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum will be flowing, plus ice-cold Red Rocker Lager and Sammy’s canned cocktails will be served as singles and in buckets.
