• Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ ounces Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce prickly pear syrup
  • Splash of club soda
  • Garnish: Heart-shaped watermelon and mint leaves

Pomegranate Mojito:

• Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Monin Pomegranate syrup
  • 3 fresh lime wedges
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ½ ounce of Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
  • ½ ounce soda water
  • Garnish: Fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge

Tiki Swizzle:

• Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ ounces Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
  • 1 ounce Monin South Seas Blend syrup
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 3 dashes of Peyshaud’s bitters

  • Garnish: Fresh pineapple wedge, orange wheel and a maraschino cherry
