Santa Sammy is sharing three of his favorite holiday recipes for all the Redheads on the naughty and nice lists. Made with his award-winning Sammy's Beach Bar Rum, these cocktails and more can be found in his best-selling cocktail book, "Sammy Hagar’s Greatest Cocktail Hits: 85 Personal Favorites from the Red Rocker," an essential for any at-home bar.

Sammy’s Snowflake Mojito
Dreaming of a white Christmas? Look no further than Sammy’s Snowflake Mojito, a refreshing winter blizzard in a glass with toasted coconut flakes adorning the rim of this festive cocktail. This snow-white twist on a classic mojito combines Beach Bar Platinum Rum, mint, brown sugar and coconut to create a flurry of flavors that will warm you up inside and out.
Ingredients:

1 ½ ounces Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1 ½ teaspoons of brown sugar

2 ounces coconut
-
1 ½ ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

1 ounce soda water
Rim: Coconut cream and toasted coconut flakes
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
Preparation: Dip the rim of a rocks glass in some coconut cream then roll the moistened rim in toasted coconut flakes. In a prepared glass, add the mint leaves, brown sugar, and lime juice. Using a muddler, gently (yet firmly) muddle the ingredients. Then fill with ice and add the rum, coconut water, and coconut cream. Stir well and top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
Rudolph’s Red Nose

Ingredients:

1 ounce Sammy’s Beach Bar Red Head Rum, divided

4 ounces chilled champagne
Garnish: Fresh lemon twist
Preparation: Add half the rum to a chilled champagne flute. Slowly add the chilled champagne until ½ inch from the top. Top with the remaining rum. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist.
Red Saint Nick
Packed with more goodies than Santa’s sack full of presents, Red Saint Nick takes three of Sammy’s premium spirits, Beach Bar Platinum Rum, Beach Bar Red Head Rum and Santo Blanco Tequila; and combines them with a slew of citrus mixers to create a delicious and potent holiday drink.
Ingredients:
1-2 ounces Santo Blanco Tequila
1/2 ounce Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
1/2 ounce Sammy’s Beach Bar Red Head Rum
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce triple sec (or any high-quality orange liqueur)
1/2 ounce fresh tangerine juice with peel, optional
Rim: Vanilla extract and sugar and cinnamon (equal amounts mixed together) with a touch of nutmeg
Garnish: Fresh tangerine slice and cinnamon stick
Preparation: Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in some vanilla extract and roll the moistened rim in the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixture. Set the glass aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, both rums, lime juice, triple sec, and the tangerine juice and peel if using. Shake well (about 16 to 20 shakes) and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh tangerine slice and cinnamon stick.
