1 ½ oz. Sammy’s Platinum Beach Bar Rum
1 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. soda water
1 oz. simple syrup
6 mint leaves
Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a mixing glass and then add other ingredients except soda water and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lime and mint leaves.
